Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative is an integral part of the Home Folks team with direct responsibility for growing sales in specified territory and maintaining the sales funnel for prospective customers. The Business Development Representative works directly with our customer service team and sales management to ensure customer needs and expectations are exceeded. This role requires someone with the ability to not only sell but also summarize sales information and provide professional reports of sales activities to management on a timely basis. In addition, this person must understand Home Folks’ product and service offerings and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. This person must be able to function well in a team environment to support the sales growth objectives of the company.
- 40+ hours per week – 40 to 50 hours typical
- Monday through Friday
- Daily Travel – overnight travel possible
- Commission (Performance Based) + Bonuses – Car Allowance ($35000 +) Health Insurance and Retirement Benefits available Non-Compete agreement required
Business Development Representative
Educational Requirements:
- A. or B.S. degree
- Extensive Sales training
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in B to B sales
